Finance worker is cleared of hotel attack

A finance worker accused of half strangling his girlfriend because she did not wish him a happy birthday when they woke up in a hotel bed has been cleared of all charges. Joshua Buck, 33, travelled to London from Nottingham with partner Natasha Base as a birthday treat, Southwark crown court heard.
