Two financiers who became fabulously wealthy by siphoning off millions of pounds in secret fees from Gaddafi’s Libya have been given prison sentences they are never likely to serve. Former JP Morgan banker Frederic Marino, 59 and amateur racing driver Yoshiki Ohmura, 50, received commissions through Libyan Africa Portfolio Ltd (LAP).
