Fine for disabled sticker fraudster

A motorist used his father’s badge to park in a disabled bay and then challenged the police officer who spotted him to take him to court. Sajhaat Hussain, 31, parked his grey Mercedes in a disabled bay in Great Portland Street, central London, on January 20 and fraudulently displayed his father’s badge.
