Fine for hotel smasher
A homeless man who trashed a hotel where he was being housed in response to Covid-19 was ordered to pay £300 in compensation from his benefits. Stephen Lacey, 41, was kicked out after a row with concierges at his temporary shelter in the Palace Court Hotel in Bayswater, west London on 26 May.
