Firm behind class action lawsuit is trying to ‘rebrand’ expert evidence
A law firm bringing a multi-billion pound class action lawsuit against mining giant BHP over a Brazilian dam collapse has attempted to ‘rebrand’ expert witness evidence, the High Court heard.
