Garage boss ‘handed out MOTs without doing a test’

A garage boss put potentially dangerous bangers back on the road when he dished out dozens of MOT certificates without even doing a test, a court heard. Sergio Barros, 27 is facing 76 fraud charges after his garage BCA Automotive in Corby, Northampton, was busted by investigators.
