‘GBL? No, it’s car cleaner’

A drug dealer caught with nearly three litres of GBL claimed he used it to clean his car, a court heard. Andrew Hume, 49, allegedly made £50,000 supplying drugs, including crystal meth and GBL, over a three year period. Hume sent £18,000 to the Philippines and failed to filled in any self-assessment tax returns, jurors heard.
