Guard accused of spying for Russia at the Old Bailey

A security guard who worked for the British embassy in Berlin appeared in court accused of spying for Russia. David Smith, 58, allegedly sent details about British embassy officials to a Russian military attache and collected information ‘useful to the Russian state’.
