Handyman who ran over pensioner had drug driving conviction

A handyman who ran over and killed an elderly pedestrian is facing jail. Muhammadh Ahlaaq Afdhel, 27, collided with 78-year-old Albert Aspinall in East Ham, east London on May 1, 2022.
