A Moroccan stabbed a pensioner to death and tried to kill his housemate in attacks ‘motivated by terrorism’, a court heard Ahmed Alid, 44, stabbed 70-year-old Terrence Carney after he used a cashpoint machine in Tees Street, Hartlepool, on Sunday (15).
