A pregnant teenager begged her ‘possessive’ lover to stop kicking her in an attack which left her with his footprint on her face. Esa Aymer, 22, allegedly headbutted the mother of his child, Lisa Bean, after taking her out to celebrate her 18th birthday at a West End musical.
