Homeowner felt sorry for burglar raiding her home

A burglar ransacked a woman’s home – then handed back her valuables after she challenged him, a court heard. Nicholas Royston Moore, 47, broke into the property in Chingford, east London, taking jewellery, clothes, and bank cards on 30 January.
