‘I didn’t see biker’ says death driver

A driver who killed a biker in rush hour traffic claimed she ‘never saw him’ and he must have been overtaking on the inside. Yvonne Frazer-Browne, 60, knocked Ernest Miller off his bike in Beckenham, south London when the 26-year-old was on his way to work at the Benedict House Nursing Home.
