An article accusing a Labour MP of getting a cheap subscription to Unite is just part of the ‘rough and tumble’ of political speech, the High Court heard. Anna Turley, the MP and now candidate for Redcar, is suing the union along with Skwawkbox journalist Stephen Walker for publishing the claims.
