A health and safety expert who permanently scarred a policewoman’s face by stabbing her with a pen has been jailed for more than three years. PC Alexandra Dobbs was attacked as she tried to handcuff Adrian Popa, 40, after officers were called to Manor Park Crescent, Edgware, northwest London on August 16 last year.
