Judge issues arrest warrant for terror suspect who has been on the run since 2006

A judge has issued an arrest warrant for a terror suspect who has been missing since he jumped out of the window of a mental health unit in 2006. Zeeshan Siddiqui, who will be 44 if he is still alive today, travelled to Pakistan in 2005 and was suspected of being involved with terrorism.
