A convicted Latvian paedophile will not be extradited until a judge receives assurances that his human rights will not be breached. Kaspars Botters, 39, abused a girl under the age of 16 on five occasions from 2009 to 2014. Botters was arrested in Nottingham after a conviction warrant was issued by Latvian authorities.
