Killer junkie sent to hospital

A junkie who killed his childhood friend with a heroin jab has been ordered to be detained in a mental health hospital indefinitely. Christopher Brooking, 48, administered the fatal drug dose to William Boots, 43, in Kingston, Surrey, on 16 May 2014.
