Le Caprice waiter had his ankle broken by clubber

A waiter at Le Caprice was left with a broken ankle after a clubber took him to the ground with a ‘leg sweep’, a court heard. Bartlomiej Dyjak, 38, allegedly assaulted Elias Kidane outside Tramp private members’ club in Mayfair in the early hours of New Year’s Day 2020. Mr Kidane had earlier celebrated with champagne after finishing his shift at Le Caprice and has a limited recollection of his journey home. He said: ‘We started drinking at around 12am….
