An Iceland delivery driver who plotted to kill a Pakistani dissident in the Netherlands has been jailed for life. Debt-ridden Muhammad Gohir Khan, 31, was offered £100,000 to murder blogger Waqass Goraya in Rotterdam. Khan travelled to Rotterdam and bought a 19in Sebatier knife, but the target was not at home and he was held under anti-terrorism laws on his return to London on Eurostar.
