A midwife who was struck off for cheating the state out of £7,000 in benefits and harassing her husband’s mistress can return to work, a tribunal has ruled. Betty Anim-Annor called her husband’s lover 70-80 times a day when she discovered his affair and received a caution from police in 2008.
