MOD man ‘showered Saudi National Guard with gifts’
A former Ministry of Defence official appeared in court today (mon) charged with corruption over a £2 billion UK government contract for the Saudi military. Jeffrey Cook, 63, allegedly showered high-ranking officers of the Saudi Arabian National Guard with ‘gifts’ for the contract to provide communication services and training.
