Motorist cleared of staging ‘crash for cash’ to rake in £8000

  A motorist accused of staging a car ‘crash for cash’ to earn more than £8,000 in compensation walked free from court today (Weds). Bhavankumar Quessou, 25, claimed that the driver of a Peugeot 807 MPV hit the back of his £30,000 Audi A6 Le Mans at a junction in Wembley, northwest London. He put in a claim for recovery of his vehicle, hire of a replacement car and repair of the damage a month later on 5 September 2014….
