Mugger had been allowed out for just an hour

A mugger robbed a 92-year-old woman after he was let out of his psychiatric unit for just an hour, a court heard. Sanchez Edwards, 28, dragged the defenceless victim along the ground in Hackney, east London, when she bravely refused to let go of her handbag.
