Mum ‘killer’ now fit to enter a plea

A killer accused of nearly decapitating his elderly mother at their £600,000 detached home is now fit to enter a plea, a court heard. Philip Tarver, 47, allegedly murdered 86-year-old Angela Tarver and threatened to kill his dad Colin Tarver, 83, at their house in Woking, Surrey on December 19 last year.
