Neighbour from hell gets suspended sentence

A music producer who made his neighbour’s life a nightmare in a six year harassment campaign has escaped jail. Mark Arthurworrey, 70, who has worked with artists including Earth Wind and Fire and Annie Lennox, blasted loud music through the walls to disturb a family and their two young children.
