Paranoid schizophrenic admitted knifing woman to death

  A paranoid schizophrenic today (Mon) admitted knifing a woman to death at their shared home. Emmanuel Willems, 23, repeatedly stabbed Bianca Shepherd, 50, in their accommodation in Uxbridge, west London, provided for people suffering from mental health difficulties. Police and paramedics were called to the address in Ivybridge Close at 5.10pm on 11 November last year.
