Part time cop mocked up his own squad car

A special constable fitted his Peugeot 508 with sirens and blue lights to make it look like a police car. Former MSC Jacob Milanov drove his car around London with roof top beacon, light system controls and a rear-facing blue light between 14 June and 6 July this year. Officers searched his car and found soldering kits, handheld radios, a box of blue gloves and an MPS uniform with the words ‘Special Constable’ removed.
