Pastor cleared of church roof death

  A pastor has been cleared of health and safety breaches after a handyman fell to his death while repairing a church roof. Kenneth Burnett, 53, crashed through the ceiling while working at Deliverance Hall on Thames Road, Barking, on 31 October 2012. John Rush, who had been working with Mr Burnett, had found his friend lying on the floor inside the building unresponsive.
