Police officer ‘punched handcuffed man for spitting in his face’

A police officer punched a handcuffed man eight times after he spat in his face, a tribunal heard. PC Steven Harrison repeatedly hit Fletcher Stallard in the face after he was initially arrested for urinating in the street on 9 February last year.
