Police scientist ‘mishandled evidence for years’
A Met Police forensics scientist appeared in court accused of mishandling laboratory evidence for nearly a decade. Ursula Collins, 41, is charged with eight offences of misconduct in public office between September 2009 and March 2018. Collins appeared at Southwark Crown Court via videolink and did not enter any plea.
