A compulsive masturbator ignored security officers’ orders to stop pleasuring himself in the middle of the West End, a court heard. Bulgarian Iliev Ivan, 32, was wearing a high vis jacket when he was caught on CCTV with his hands down his trousers and a cigarette in his mouth.
