Property tycoon questioned over links to tax chief

  Billionaire property tycoon Christian Candy was questioned over his links to the chairman of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs at the High Court today (MON). Christian, 42, confirmed that Ian Barlow, a former partner at accountancy firm KPMG who joined HMRC in 2012, had once been a director of Candy & Candy Ltd.
