Romanian man ‘cut former partner’s throat’

A Romanian man accused of cutting the throat of a his former partner and leaving her to die in the street appeared at the Old Bailey today (Mon). Genu Armeanu, 45, allegedly murdered 44 year-old Elizabeta Lacatusu opposite a nursery school in Ilford, east London, last Wednesday.
