  A social worker failed to safeguard young victims of the Rochdale sex gang and closed their cases prematurely, a tribunal has heard. Deborah MacQueen allegedly failed to adequately safeguard up to 11 vulnerable children who were groomed by the nine sex offenders while working for Rochdale Borough Council.
