Speedboat killer loses appeal

Speedboat killer Jack Shepherd saw his appeal against his manslaughter conviction thrown out but his six month sentence for breaching bail was overturned. Shepherd, 31, was jailed for six years after Charlotte Brown, 24, was killed after their champagne-fuelled first date in December 2015.
