Speeding peer applies to ‘reopen’ case

Conservative peer Zac Goldsmith has applied to ‘reopen’ proceedings following one of his many speeding convictions. The former Environment minister, 49, was banned from driving for a year in March after he was caught speeding 11 times in less than two years.
