Minicab driver, fake passport supplier, dole cheat

The Algerian mastermind behind a fake identity factory was a taxi driver who had conned £48,000 in housing benefits, a court heard. Radhouane Bouhafs, 39, and his gang churned out up to 3,000 faked passports and bank cards for fraudsters and illegal immigrants.
