A teenager accused of researching ‘shooting ranges, ammunition vests, and crowded places’ on his iPhone, has refused to appear in court. Muhammad Billal, 18, who lives with his parents in Nelson, Lancashire, was arrested on 11 February after an investigation by counter terrorism police.
