A terror suspect charged with publishing material ‘to stir up racial hatred’ has appeared in court Kieran Turner, 36, is charged with three offences under the Terrorism Act including publishing a statement encouraging terrorism during 2019. Turner, of Earby, Lancs, also faces seven charges of publishing written material to stir up racial hatred between 13 February 2019 and 5 June 2020.
