More tests for parliament knifeman

A man arrested at gunpoint outside the Houses of Parliament while allegedly armed with a knife is to finally undergo a mental health assessment. Eniola Mustafa Aminu, 27, was tasered by armed police outside the Carriage Gates entrance to the Palace of Westminster at 11.10am on 16 June.
