Top cop in court for ‘barging’ colleague
A senior Scotland Yard officer has appeared at Westminster magistrates’ court charged with assaulting a junior female colleague. Chief Inspector Andrew Johnstone, 51, denied ‘shoulder barging’ Penelope Mills at the Yard’s headquarters after a training session on January 17 this year. The officer is alleged to collided with Ms Mills as he left the training day on the eighth floor offices on the Embankment.
