Trainee cop ‘downloaded tracking app on to woman’s phone’

A trainee Met Police officer stalked a woman by downloading a tracking device on her phone, a court heard. Corey Williams, 25, is said to have ‘excessively messaged’ Phoebe Taylor and waited for her at a train station.
