Trespasser landed Network Rail with £360,000 bill

A homeless Moroccan delayed 200 trains and cost Network Rail more than £360,000 when he went for a walk along the track at Europe’s busiest station, a court heard. Salheddin Enchegali-Nibly, 37, opened the emergency exit of a train as it was pulling into Clapham Junction in south London on 25 March this year.
