Circumcisor ‘used cream instead of anaesthetic’

A practitioner accused of running a mobile circumcision service used cream instead of proper anaesthetic,  a court heard. Mohammad Siddiqui, 54, allegedly carried out the procedures for members of the Islamic and Christian community between 2015 and 2019, causing unnecessary pain and suffering.
