Wife suffered 14 years of abuse

A battered wife reported her husband to police during the lockdown after suffering 14 years of domestic abuse at his hands. Cristina Coman separated from cabbie Sorin Alpopi, 46, last year but she dialled 999 after he returned to her home and repeatedly punched her on April 5.
