Accused acid attackers acquitted

Two men accused of almost blinding a complete stranger by squirting acid in his face after mistaking him for a gang rival have been cleared of the attack. The victim was left screaming in agony after confronting members of a street gang outside an estate agents near West Ham’s old ground in Upton Park, east London.
