Contractor denies secrecy breach

A former defence contractor has denied leaking ‘highly sensitive’ secrets after a year-long counter-terrorism probe. Simon Finch, 49, is charged under the Official Secrets Act with making a ‘damaging disclosure’ of information last October. The Welshman appeared at the Old Bailey via videolink from HMP Swansea wearing a blue prison issue jumper.
