Fraudster tried to buy £5,000 Rolex with fake bank card – then blames ‘Artie’

A fraudster who used a false passport in a bid to buy a £4,960 Rolex was let off with a suspended sentence today (weds). Andre Bromfield, 22, also produced a fake bank card when he tried to purchase the timepiece at Watches of Switzerland on Regent Street, central London.
