Driver put cyclist in hospital after mobile phone row

A cyclist was chased and knocked off his bike by a driver after he complained about her using her mobile behind the wheel, a court heard. Damien Doughty, 37, was left in intensive care with a lacerated liver and fractured ribs after he was hit by Justine Henshaw-Bryant, 24, in Stoke Newington, north London.
